The History
Originally constructed as a tobacco prizery in the late 1800's and rebuilt after a fire in 1947, the old Warren Cotton and Fertilizer Co. building has been lovingly rescued and restored for your event.
The Seed House
The Seed House is a lovingly renovated AirBnB with tons of charm. Located right next to the Cotton Gin, the former silo barn has 2 beds, 1 bath, a full kitchen, wifi, large living area, and outdoor space.
The Old Cotton Gin
The Old Cotton Gin is a rustic steel building with soaring ceilings and lots of covered outdoor space. With ample parking and bathroom facilities, the gin is a great space to host your market, show, reunion, party, or workshop.
The Franklin St. House
The Franklin St. House is a newly renovated historic home, available for rental, adjacent to The Old Cotton Gin. The home is currently occupied.
